Columbia offers English courses to students from as young as 4 years old to teenagers and even adults. Columbia prepares its students for all major proficiency exams and also provides tutoring as well as courses in other subjects, such as Maths, Greek, French.

Our Philosophy

Columbia Private Institute’s methodology is based on the communicative approach, the Learning Styles and Gardener’s Multiple Intelligence theory. Lesson plans are teeming with invigorating activities that engage students’ participation and enforce a student-centered environment.

English Language Camp

Accreditations

Columbia Private Institute is accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, is a member of the IATEFL as well as ClubEFL and is affiliated with the European Council for Business Education (ECBE), for whom it is an Examination Centre. CPI closely collaborates with the British Council Cyprus concerning English Exams and its premises are regularly used as British Council exam venues. We are also members of the British Council global network of schools.
